Project Development

For this project, I used 2B Pencil, 2B & 6B Graphite Sticks, 4B & 6B Compressed Charcoal, and Blending Stump.

First of all, I did some basic light sketch by using 2B pencil to compose everything in proper positions.
Then, I applied scribbly & scratchy lines to a body of an angel to show fragility and smudge charcoal around objects to show the protective energy to protect from evilness.
After that, I applied cross hatching on the hands to convey the darkness and viciousness of an evil.
Finally, I used compressed charcoal (both 4B&6B) to fill the background to display a mixed atmosphere plus smudging empty areas by using hands and blending stomp.
